What this is, and what it is not

Most agencies ask for a call before they will say a number. This page works the other way round. Every bot type we build has a published price and delivery time, so the first two questions place your project against that catalogue, and the next two add what it has to connect to and what else it needs. The estimate on screen is the catalogue price plus those additions, costed at the same day rate every pricing page on this site uses.

What comes back is not a range. It is one price and one delivery date against a written scope, and it stays fixed once agreed: if the work turns out harder than we thought, that is our problem rather than a revised invoice. What does get priced separately is anything added to the scope afterwards, and you see that before it is built rather than after.

You do not need Telegram to use this page. A handle is the fastest way to reach you, because that is where we work, but an email address is enough. If you would rather describe the project in conversation than in a form, the bot asks five questions of its own and reaches the same people.

How it counts

The estimate starts from a published price, never from a blank page.

Choosing an outcome picks the closest bot in the catalogue, and its listed price and delivery date are the starting point. The same figure appears on that bot’s service page and in the calculator.

Each system you name adds integration days, not a round number.

A system the bot only reads from costs less than one it writes to, and one where both sides write costs most, because two systems that can disagree need a rule for who wins.

A workflow outside the catalogue gets no estimate at all.

There is no published price to start from, and inventing one to fill the box would be the kind of number this site exists not to publish. The brief still goes through and the fixed quote comes back the same way.

The figure you send is recalculated when it arrives.

The brief carries your choices rather than the number on screen, and the same model runs again on our side. A tampered or stale figure cannot reach the person who prices your project.

Questions about the estimate

How is the estimate on this page different from the fixed quote?

The estimate is arithmetic on published prices and knows nothing about your existing systems. The fixed quote is written after one round of questions about them, and it is the figure we commit to. Most of the time the two are close; where they are not, the quote explains why.

Do I have to use Telegram to get a quote?

No. Give an email address and the quote comes back by email. Telegram is where we build and where replies are fastest, but it is not a condition of asking.

What if my project does not match anything on the list?

Choose the workflow option and describe it in the last step. There will be no estimate on screen, because nothing published applies, but the brief is read the same way and answered with a fixed price.

Is anything sent before I press the button?

No. The estimate is calculated in your browser as you answer, and nothing leaves the page until you send the brief. Closing the tab discards everything.

When do I pay?

Not before you have opened a working demo of your own flow on your own phone. No money moves before that, on any engagement, and a quote that said otherwise would be a mistake worth pointing out.
