Start where the product lives
Every route into this studio ends in Telegram, because that is where the work runs and because a five-question conversation in a bot produces a usable scope faster than a contact form and a two-day reply cycle. Answer the questions, get an exact figure and a delivery window back, usually the same day.
Start where the product lives: the short version
- Primary channel
- Telegram, via the qualification bot
- Typical response
- Same working day for anything in the published catalogue
- What you get back
- An exact figure and an exact delivery window, not a range
- Available on request; a slower route to the same scope conversation
- Enquiry form
- None. The bot asks the five questions that set the price
As of 2025-10-01, Telegram Bot API 13.4
Why there is no enquiry form on this page
A contact form is a request to wait. You describe a problem into a box, receive an automated acknowledgement, and someone reads it whenever they next open the inbox. Nothing about that sequence helps either side: the description is usually missing the two facts that determine the price, and the delay costs a day before anyone discovers which two.
The bot asks those questions directly. What is being automated, roughly how many people touch it, which system it has to write back to, whether payment is involved and in what currency, and how soon it needs to exist. Five answers is enough to place a project against the published catalogue and return a real number rather than a range.
There is a second reason, less about efficiency. A studio that builds conversational products and then hides behind a web form is telling you it does not use what it sells. The qualification bot is a working example of the thing being sold, and the honest way to evaluate it is to use it.
What is worth bringing to the conversation
The constraint you are worried about, if you know it. "We need to notify forty thousand subscribers within a minute" or "our payment provider will not underwrite the category" is more useful than a feature list, because those are the facts that move a price. A feature list can be inferred; a constraint cannot.
The system the bot has to talk to, by name. A booking bot that writes into Google Calendar and one that writes into a practice management system with a nightly export are different builds with different prices, and the difference is invisible from the outside.
Whether a date already exists. A campaign launch, a licence deadline, a trade show. Fixed delivery windows only mean something against a date, and a project that has one should say so before the scope is agreed rather than after.
What happens to what you send
The conversation and the answers are stored so a scope can be produced from them and so the same questions are not asked twice. Which pages you read before starting is recorded alongside it, because a reader who arrived from a page about Telegram Stars is asking a different question from one who arrived from a page about clinic bookings, and knowing that makes the first reply better.
None of it is sold, shared with an advertising network, or used to contact you about anything other than the enquiry. The full account of what is collected and how long it is kept is set out in plain language rather than in a policy nobody reads.
If you would rather not start in Telegram at all, an email address is available on request through any of the channels here — but it is a slower path to the same place, and the scope conversation still has to happen.
What comes back, and how quickly
For anything that maps onto the published catalogue, an exact figure and an exact delivery window, usually within the same working day. Those numbers come from the same table this whole site is generated from, so the price quoted in conversation is the price on the page, and neither can drift from the other.
For work that does not map cleanly — an unusual integration, a regulated flow, a rescue of somebody else's bot — a short call rather than a number, because quoting a figure for a system nobody has seen yet is how the five-hundred-dollar quote happens.
And occasionally, a recommendation to use something else. If the requirement is a menu, a scheduled broadcast and nothing more, a subscription flow builder does that for a fraction of the cost, and saying so is cheaper for everyone than discovering it in week three.
Before you start the conversation
I do not use Telegram. Can I still get a quote?
Yes, though it is worth noticing what the question implies. If your customers are not on Telegram either, a Telegram bot is probably the wrong product and a short conversation will establish that faster than a quote would. If it is only you, an email address is available on request and the same five questions get asked over email instead.
Do I have to give a phone number to talk to the bot?
No. Telegram does not hand a bot your phone number unless you tap a button to share it, and this one does not ask. It works from your Telegram user id, which is stable and tells us nothing beyond that you are the same person who asked yesterday.
Will I be sold to if I ask a question that is not a project?
No, and technical questions are welcome without one. A question about a rate limit or a payment provider's category rules gets an answer, and if the answer is that you do not need to hire anybody, that is the answer you get.
How firm is the number that comes back?
Firm enough to sign. It is the figure from the published catalogue for that bot type, and it is agreed before work starts rather than discovered during it. What changes it is a change in scope, quoted separately at the time rather than absorbed silently and invoiced later.
What if the project is confidential?
Say so at the start. Nothing about an enquiry is published anywhere — the evidence policy on this site rules out naming a client without written consent, which necessarily rules out naming one who has not even become a client. An NDA before scope discussion is normal and not an obstacle.
